Grade 1 - "The Little Matador" by Julian Hector, "Maria the Matador" by Anne Lambelet. Lots of folding and cutting in this lesson to create a collaged matador with a tissue paper cape!
Grade 2 - "Ferdinand the Bull" by Munro Leaf - The emphasis of this lesson will be on Ferdinand's nose, which is drawn extra large so he can enjoy smelling the flowers near and far!
Grade 3 - This lesson is based on Miguel de Cervantes' classic "Don Quixote." Students will draw Quixote in his armor and the infamous windmill collaged in the background.
